Ssssoooo, got something a little embarrassing to admit to ….
You signed up for getting a Worker’s Comp Tip of the Week from the Rights of Injured Truckers. What I promised you is that you would be getting e-mailed information about worker’s comp every week … and that hasn’t happened. Truthfully, I am a little angry about that that and more than a little embarrassed.
Without going into things too deeply, I have a piece of software that is supposed to automate the process of sending out those e-mails. For that to happen, I needed two of my tech vendors to work together smoothly, and for reasons that I don’t understand, they haven’t been able to work together, and that caused the whole system to grind to a halt …. and no one bothered to tell me and I just assumed that things were working well when they weren’t.
The net result of that is that you weren’t getting what I promised you. As a lawyer, I like to deliver on the promises I make to the people I work with, and in this case, I didn’t. I am sorry that I did not keep my promises to you.
The glitch with the software has been fixed, and I will be watching things more closely. You will be getting those emails weekly going forward, and if you don’t please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To help make sure that you are getting the information you need, I am giving you access to the Tip of the Week Index which has links to all of the Tips of the Week. The Tips have been renumbered and some may have been re-named, but the information you wanted is now available to you whenever you want.
Please accept my apologies. I will do my best to ensure that it never happens again.
